# Moco Integration

Moco ist ein ERP fürs Projektbusiness – optimiert Prozesse, spart Zeit und steigert die Transparenz und damit Effizienz im Unternehmen. Die Sofware begleitet beim kompletten Projektablauf: Vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zur Abrechnung. So haben Sie jederzeit den Überblick über Rentabilität, Budgets, Abwesenheiten, Rechnungen, Cashflow etc.

Mit sipgate telefonieren Sie direkt in Moco und nutzen Ihre Kontakte in der sipgate App. So sehen Sie immer, wer gerade anruft und müssen nicht zwischen verschiedenen Tools wechseln. sipgate ist Ihre Telefonanlage mit der Telefonie App für Desktop und Mobile.

Verbinden Sie sipgate und Moco und profitieren von der automatischen Kontaktsynchronisierung. Alle Änderungen oder neuen Kontakte, die Sie in der sipgate App während oder nach dem Telefonat hinzufügen, werden automatisch in Moco gespeichert. Und das Beste: sipgate aktualisiert auch Ihre Anrufaktivitäten an Ihren Kontakten in Moco. So sind Sie immer auf dem neuesten Stand und wissen, wann Sie mit welchem Ihrer Kontakte telefoniert haben und was Sie sich zu Ihrem Gespräch notiert haben.

#### **Integration von Moco in der sipgate App**

Damit haben Sie Moco und die sipgate App erfolgreich verbunden.

**Tipp:** Je nach Anzahl der zu integrierenden Kontakte kann es einige Minuten dauern, bis diese vollständig angezeigt werden.

**Wichtig:** Für die Verbindung mit Moco muss unter "Aktive Personen und Zugriffsrechte" die Berechtigung zum Lesen von Firmen/Kontakten erteilt werden. Andernfalls wird der Import von Kontakten abgelehnt.

### **API-Key in Ihrem Moco Account finden erstellen**

Melden Sie sich in Ihrem Moco Account an, klicken Sie rechts oben auf das User-Icon und wählen Sie den Punkt **Profil**. ![moco1.png](/files/b3kipN0uEFJ1uyHyQQda)

Wählen Sie dann den Reiter **Integrations**.
