# Microsoft Dynamics Integration

Microsoft Dynamics 365 ist eine Cloud-Lösung, die Ihre Geschäftsprozesse intelligent unterstützt. Dazu gehören Applikationen zum Verwalten von Kundenbeziehungen (CRM) und Warenwirtschaft (ERP).

Mit sipgate telefonieren Sie direkt aus Microsoft Dynamics heraus und nutzen Ihre Kontakte in der sipgate App. So sehen Sie immer, welcher Kontakt gerade anruft und müssen nicht zwischen verschiedenen Tools wechseln. sipgate ist Ihre Telefonanlage mit der Telefonie App für Desktop und Mobile.

Klicken Sie in der sipgate App links auf das Zahnrad und wählen Sie den Punkt "Integrationen" aus.

Unter dem Punkt "Integrationen" suchen Sie den Eintrag "Microsoft Dynamics" und klicken auf die Schaltfläche "Mit Microsoft Dynamics verbinden".

Die sipgate App wird Sie nun zu einem Microsoft-Login leiten, in dem Sie Ihre Zugangsdaten entsprechend eingeben und dem Austausch von Daten zwischen Microsoft Dynamics und der sipgate App zustimmen.
