# Was ist CTI?

CTI steht für **computer telephony integration**. Hierbei kann der Computer mit der Telefonanlage und die Telefonanlage mit dem Computer kommunizieren. sipgate ermöglicht es Ihnen, über CTI **verschiedene Dienste** in Ihrer Telefonieoberfläche zu nutzen.

Mit CTI können Sie aus den Computerprogrammen heraus Anrufe automatisch aufbauen, Telefongespräche annehmen und beenden, **Telefonkonferenzen** halten, **Faxnachrichten** senden und empfangen, **Telefonbuchdienste** nutzen und Gespräche **weiterleiten**. CTI-Anwendungen laufen in der Regel entweder auf dem Desktop des Anwenders oder auf einem unbeaufsichtigten Server.

Nutzen Sie ein CRM-System wie z. B. Zoho in Ihrer Firma? Dann können Sie die sipgate Telefonie ganz einfach in Ihre Zoho-Oberfläche integrieren.
