# Kann ich meine Datenbank/mein CRM-System an sipgate anbinden?

Die Anbindung Ihres CRM Systems bzw. Ihrer Datenbank ist mittels einer externen Software möglich. Eine mögliche Software ist **Tapi for Snom**. Mit dieser kostenpflichtigen Software erstellen Sie eine Schnittstelle zwischen Ihrem snom-Telefon und Ihrem Computer, so dass Ihr TAPI/CTI-fähiges System auf das Telefon zugreifen kann. Die Software gibt es hier zum Download: [Tapi for snom](http://www.phonesuite.de/)

Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist, dass Sie unsere Telefonie-API [sipgate.io](https://www.sipgate.io/) verwenden.
