# Ist es möglich, CTI mit TAPI für Windows für sipgate einzurichten?

**TAPI** ist eine **Schnittstelle** um unter **Windows Telefonie in externe Produkte zu integrieren**. Für einige **webbasierte Software** bieten wir oder unsere Partner auch direkte Integrationen an, deren Funktionsumfang oft größer ist als die der TAPI Schnittstellen. sipgate unterstützt unter Windows auch TAPI über folgende Software:
