# Wie kann ich mein Guthaben einsehen und erstatten?

#### Guthaben einsehen

Ihren Guthabenstand sehen Sie, indem Sie als Admin in Ihrem Account rechts oben auf Ihren Namen und Ihre Kundennummer klicken. Unter Konto → Verwaltung → Zahlung können Sie Ihre aktuell gebuchten Produkte einsehen.

#### Guthaben erstatten

Wenn Sie Ihren Account **vollständig kündigen** möchten, benötigen wir vom Admin des Accounts eine schriftliche Kündigung. Diese kann formlos per E-Mail, Fax oder Brief an uns gesendet werden. Die Kündigung ist jederzeit mit einer Frist von einem Werktag zum Ende  eines Monats möglich. Das Guthaben wird im Anschluss an die durchgeführte Kündigung an die bei uns hinterlegte Zahlungsmethode überwiesen.

#### Guthaben nachträglich erstatten

Sollten Sie Ihren Vertrag bereits gekündigt haben und Ihnen wurde das Guthaben nicht im darauffolgenden Monat ausgezahlt, melden Sie sich bitte umgehend schriftlich per E-Mail, Brief oder Fax bei sipgate. Die Auszahlung kann dann noch einmal manuell angestoßen werden.
