# Welche Mehrwertsteuer fällt bei einem Wohnsitz außerhalb Deutschlands an?

#### **Unternehmen aus EU-Mitgliedstaaten**

Unter Angabe der Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer wird die Rechnung ohne Umsatzsteuer ausgestellt. Die UST-ID muss bei der Bestellung mit angegeben werden.

#### **Unternehmer:innen und Privatpersonen im Drittland (kein EU-Mitgliedstaat)**

Verkäufe an Privatpersonen und Unternehmer:innen im Drittland sind generell in Deutschland **nicht umsatzsteuerpflichtig.** Hierbei handelt es sich um steuerfreie Lieferungen.
