# Wo sehe ich meine Verbindungsdaten?

**Wichtig:** Diese Funktion steht nur Kund:innen auf sipgate classic zur Verfügung. Auf sipgate neo ist die Funktion in anderer Form integriert.

#### **Eingehende und ausgehende Anrufe**

Mit einem neuen sipgate-Zugang nutzen Sie die **sipgate-App** als Desktop-Version, mobil oder direkt im Browser. In der App sehen Sie:

* Ihren persönlichen Channel und alle geteilten Channels, in denen Sie hinzugefügt sind
* Alle bisherigen eingehenden und ausgehenden Anrufe
* Hinterlassene Voicemails (falls aktiviert)

#### **Fax und SMS**

In der Web-App finden Sie unter **Fax und SMS**:

* Empfangene und gesendete Faxe sowie SMS
* Filter- und Label-Funktionen zur Übersicht
* Die Möglichkeit, neue Faxe oder SMS zu versenden (Voraussetzung: aktives Webfax oder SIM/eSIM)
