# Wie kann ich eine Ortsrufnummer verlängern?

Wenn Sie bemerken, dass Ihre bisherige Rufnummer nicht ausreicht und Sie gerne den Stamm Ihrer Rufnummer behalten möchten, können Sie als Admin vorhandene Rufnummern um eine Stelle verlängern. Gehen Sie dafür wie folgt vor:

**Rufnummern öffnen**

Gehen Sie in Ihrem Account auf die Accountverwaltung. Klicken Sie dort auf **Rufnummern.**

Auf der **Übersichtsseite** gehen Sie auf **Buchen.**

Klicken Sie dann auf **Verlängerung.**

**Rufnummer verlängern**

Hier können Sie nun die gewünschte **Ortsrufnummer** verlängern.

Klicken Sie auf **Weiter** gelangen Sie zur Buchungsübersicht.

**Wichtige Hinweise:**

* Eine Verlängerung kann nur für eine deutsche Ortsrufnummer gebucht werden. Internationale Rufnummern oder Mobilfunknummern können nicht verlängert werden.
* Eine bereits verlängerte Rufnummer kann nicht erneut verlängert werden. Rufnummern innerhalb einer Verlängerung können nicht portiert werden.
* Portierte Ortsrufnummern lassen sich während des Portierungsprozesses nicht verlängern. Die portierte Rufnummer kann erst nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss der Portierung verlängert werden.
