# Wie bereite ich den CSV-Kontaktimport für Windows vor?

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Kontakte aus CSV-Dateien in Ihren Account zu importieren. Die .csv Dateien müssen für den Kontaktimport in UTF-8 (Unicode) codiert sein.

Die Formatierung der CSV-Dateien in UTF-8 können Sie unter Windows wie folgt vornehmen:
