# Wie vergebe ich Rufnummern und Durchwahl für Gruppen?

Die Funktion *Gruppen* steht **nur Kund:innen auf sipgate classic** zur Verfügung. Auf sipgate neo ist sie in anderer Form integriert.

Wenn Sie innerhalb einer Gruppe Rufnummern oder interne Durchwahlen vergeben möchten, gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor:

Gehen Sie zuerst in die [**Gruppenverwaltung**](https://app.sipgate.com/groups). Anschließend wählen Sie die Gruppe aus, für die Sie eine Rufnummer oder Durchwahl vergeben möchten. Jetzt können Sie über das Visual Routing eine Rufnummer oder Durchwahl zuweisen und die gewünschten Personen der Gruppe zuordnen.

Die folgenden Durchwahlen können aus technischen Gründen nicht vergeben werden:

* 110 (Polizei-Notruf Deutschland)
* 111 (Notruf Neuseeland)
* 112 (Feuerwehr- und Rettungsdienstrufnummer Deutschland)
* 113
* 114
* 115 (Behördenauskunft Deutschland)
* 116
* 117
* 118
* 119
* 211
* 311
* 411
* 511 (USA Hotline-Rufnummer)
* 611
* 711 (USA Vermittlung Ferngespräche)
* 811
* 911 (Notruf USA)
* 999 (Notruf UK)
* 9900-9999
