The Enterprise plan for AI Agents is aimed at companies with complex structures and systems. Here you can learn which services are included and how the onboarding process works.

What the Enterprise plan includes

Enterprise is designed for companies that handle around 100 calls per day via AI Agents. Parallel conversations are unlimited – regardless of how many calls come in at the same time.

The plan includes a dedicated contact person as well as access to the AI Solution Team: consultants who specialize in conversation design, technical integration, and process connectivity. They set up the AI Agent together with you – tailored to your systems.

  • Structured onboarding process: Demo → use case selection → pilot → go-live

  • Four-week optimization phase after go-live, based on real conversation data

  • Enterprise SLA with dedicated Slack or MS Teams channel and guaranteed response times

  • 99.95% uptime

  • Zero data retention on request: conversations are processed, not stored

  • Your own voice can be cloned: upload a voice sample, we’ll take care of the rest

The onboarding process

Phase 1: Demo. We show you what sipgate AI Agents can do in your specific use case. Together, we clarify the goal, the data basis, and legal requirements such as GDPR.

Phase 2: Kick-off & Planning. A Solution Consultant analyzes your requirements in detail: Which systems need to be connected? How should the agent react if it cannot resolve an issue? Only once that is clarified do we move on to implementation.

Phase 3: Implementation & Go-live. Build the knowledge base, configure playbooks, set up system integrations – CRM, helpdesk, calendar, ERP, ticketing system. Go-live is supported throughout.

Phase 4: Scaling & Optimization. After go-live, we jointly evaluate real conversation data, automate workflows, and continuously improve conversation quality.

Phase 5: Expanded Feature Setup (optional). Those who want to use the full range of features can set up additional use cases in this phase: live and pre-API lookups, appointment scheduling directly in the conversation, outbound campaigns.

Costs

From €449.95 per month, including 2,500 conversation minutes. The per-minute price decreases as volume increases. Phone numbers can be added flexibly.
